Hours and Appointments

Fall and Spring Hours

Monday through Friday:

• 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Student Health Services follows the calendar for undergraduate students.  We are closed during Christmas Break, Thanksgiving and Spring Break.  We are also closed for patient care during the weeks in August that the university is not in session.  Changes in our schedule are noted on our web page so that you may plan accordingly.

Summer Hours

• Monday: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Friday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Allergy injections are given only when the physician is on-site.

Appointments

Students are seen by appointment. To serve you more efficiently, please call 202-319-5744 for an appointment.

Students presenting without an appointment may be given the next available appointment. Emergencies will always be given priority. Requesting phone advice rather than making an appointment is encouraged when appropriate. The Advice Nurse is available to help determine when medical care should be sought. For many common health problems, an initial assessment can be made based upon the symptoms described and suggestions for self treating can be given over the phone.
