I have a sore throat.

  • Drink cool fluids.
  • Gargle with salt water.
  • Suck on lozenges.

If your sore throat is accompanied by a runny/stuffy nose, ear and sinus congestion, cough, you may be suffering from a viral infection, i.e. common cold.
